Mamatefet Fitness Club

Monthly fitness meetups for women who want to move, feel strong, and have fun together. Each session features a new workout style-no experience needed. We meet during the last week of every month and finish with social time at a local restaurant.

This Month: Aerial Yoga🧘‍♀️

Join us at Tantra Fitness Mount Pleasant for a calming, yoga-based class using a suspended hammock to support deeper stretches, reduce joint pressure, and create a sense of lightness in movement. The class includes optional inversions and spinal decompression, with alternatives always offered. Suitable for all levels.

$ Cost

 The class is $20 for first-time participants only, payable directly to Tantra Fitness.

An optional 1-week unlimited trial is also available for $25, valid for all Tantra classes.

The Mamatefet team will guide you through the registration process and help ensure your spot is secured.

Event Timeline:

☕ 7:00–8:15 PM - Social time at a nearby restaurant 🕖 8:20–8:30 PM - Arrival, registration & wrap setup

🧘‍♀️ 8:30–9:30 PM - Aerial Yoga

What to expect:

• 55-minute Aerial Yoga class

• Beginner-friendly, no prior experience required

• Optional inversions with alternatives provided

• One participant per hammock

• Supportive, women-only environment

What to wear & bring

• Longer pants and a longer shirt covering the armpits

• Form-fitting clothing

• Water bottle (filtered water available at the studio)
