Join the Mamatefet Community

Mamatefet is here to support you during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you're expecting a child or adjusting to life with a new baby—whether it’s your first or your third—you’re warmly invited to connect with us in any of the following ways:

Pregnancy Support Group
An intimate, private space—online and in person—where pregnant women can share their experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on a similar journey.

Home Visits with Gift Baskets
We offer thoughtful home visits to new moms and women in times of need. Each visit includes a beautifully curated gift basket and the warm connection of a caring volunteer from our community.

Mommy & Baby Support Group

New moms are invited to join our virtual support group to share experiences, challenges, and advice. Once a month, we also host in-person "Mommy & Me" gatherings—casual meetups where moms can connect while their babies play in a warm and welcoming space.

Monthly Events for Moms
We organize regular meetups and activities tailored for pregnant and new moms—ranging from wellness workshops to fun, informal socials.

Facebook Community
Our lively Facebook group is a trusted space for local moms to support one another and share helpful information. Popular topics include local family-friendly events, babysitter recommendations, and second-hand baby gear.

What does complimentary Postpartum Doula Support include?

Every new mom is entitled to a free home visit from a trained postpartum doula. During this visit, the doula is there for you—to listen, support, and ease the early days of motherhood. They can help with newborn care, breastfeeding, answer questions, and provide emotional reassurance. They can also assist with small tasks like folding baby laundry, tidying up, or simply making sure you have time for a peaceful shower and a nourishing meal.
