Mamatefet invites you to join its community in any of the following ways:

Pregnant women support group - An Intimate closed virtual support group as well as face to face meetings, for members to share their pregnancy experiences and challenges.
Home visits and meal deliveries – A warm visit with a gift basket and a delicious meal delivered to new moms and women in times of need, prepared with love by our community volunteers.
Mommy & Baby support group – New mothers are welcomed at our virtual moms' group, where they can share, discuss and exchange experiences, knowledge and challenges. Mamatefet also arranges "Mommy & Me" get-togethers where the mothers have a chance to meet each other with their babies. Once a month, a volunteer mother hosts the group for a nice brunch in a warm and welcoming environment.
Community events - Several times a year the entire Mamatefet community gets together to discuss various topics related to women and motherhood or to celebrate the Jewish holidays including the popular Mama-Date get-togethers. These events are a great opportunity to meet other volunteers and members of the community and to learn more about Mamatefet and about the jewish traditions..
Facebook group – A vibrant Facebook group to meet the needs of our community members and to support one another and get relevant information for women in Vancouver and the surrounding areas. Among the popular topics discussed in the group are: recommendations for attractions and family events, babysitter services and second-hand giveaways.
