What Is My Baby Telling Me? | Understanding Your Baby's Signals

You're already learning your baby, and your baby is learning you. Babies communicate with us from their very first day. In this small, cozy gathering, we will practice observing our babies together, noticing the signals they send, and growing more confident in how we respond.

Led by postpartum doula Lilach Golan, this session is about communication: listening to what your baby is telling you. The bond grows step by step, through watching, responding and learning together.

What to Expect:

• Observing Your Baby: Slow down and notice how your baby expresses needs and feelings.

• Reading Baby's Signals: Get to know the cues your baby sends you.

• Trusting Your Responses: Feel more secure in how you respond to your baby.

• Connect and Share: Meet other local moms and share your experiences in a warm, welcoming space.

• What to bring: Your baby, and a soft blanket for your baby to lie on.
